Outlook 2015 Mac: Finding @SaneLater or other new Sane folders Your Sane folders are server-side folders like your Inbox or Sent folder and so they’re available for you from all your client software or apps, and web mail too. Note: Outlook 2015 for Mac was initially available for Office 365 subscribers and then also as a one-time Microsoft Office software purchase, as an alternative to an annual Office 365 subscription. Make sure all the folders you want to search are checked under Folders. Typically, check the root folder for the account or PST files you want to include in your search and make sure Search subfolders is checked as well. Unfortunately, Outlook will not let you search across accounts and PST files.
Open the More Choices tab. Make sure greater than is selected under Size (kilobytes). Enter something like 5000 (5 MB) under Size (kilobytes). You can choose a bigger or smaller number, of course, to have more or fewer results returned. Select Find Now. To sort the search results by size:.
